the hotel is close to the city center. it took me about 10 minutes to walk there. rooms were a good size. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful (which i always appreciate).
It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. It is located behind some other buildings.

The hotel is only ten minutes from the centre and close to bus and tram stops going to the airport and train station. The staff were helpful. The location made exploring the city simple. The room had big windows and a comfortable mattress.
The breakfast variety was somewhat limited.

There is a pleasant terrace bar and restaurant where I had a meal. The food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast terrace was also lovely, and the orange juice was good.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. free umbrellas were available, which proved useful during unexpected rain. purchasing wine was convenient because of the lobby shop. the shower provided excellent water pressure, which i really liked.
the absence of air conditioning was a problem. i found the room very warm. using the portable fan was not a great alternative because of the noise it produced at night. open windows increased exposure to noise from the car park, further disrupting sleep.

the restaurant's menu provides decent options. yummy snacks are available in reception. these are useful if one does not want to dine in the restaurant. this made it easy to get a quick bite.

the staff speaks english. this helped me communicate my needs. the hotel offered parking. the price to park the car there was fair, the team at reception are always positive!

The location was good. It was close to the city center and trams. the reception staff lady was cute. She gave directions for walking to town and the parking location. the restaurant and bar was good with views over the valley.

The location is central. Many landmarks are within walking distance. The staff was cute. My room was clean.
The room lacked air conditioning. A portable fan was available but noisy. The furniture seemed old. I noticed stains on the lampshades.
